Creating a Service Agreement with an Address Match
- Once mandatory fields have been completed on the new referral
- Select the [Validate]
- The system will then search existing Service Agreements and display any potential matches.
- If an address match (Postcode) is found by Service Manager, the system will display an 'address' match
- Select the record by clicking the Match icon next to the appropriate Service Agreement
- Select [Match]
- An installation request will be created on the Service Agreement
- With the existing equipment installed at the address being copied over into the new Service Agreement for the new Service user.
Note: Typically an address match instance would be for a voided scheme dwelling where a service user is moving into an existing scheme dwelling or where the new service user is moving in with an existing user and utilising the existing users' equipment.
