Pick Pre-Configured Stock Item

As part of a request the actual pre-configured stock item can be selected.

• Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement or Search Request
• Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page

• Select the Requests tab to display the requests.

• Select the [Pencil] to edit the request
• Select [Pick Stock] which will display the pick stock page
• Select the tab Search Pre-configured Stock Items
• The stock items available for selection within that agreement will be available for selection.
• Search the this list by entering stock item search criteria i.e. stock name

Note: The stock items allocated to the agreement will be visible in the Stock Item container at the top of the page for reference

• Click the [+] to add the stock item to the Stock Item Container
• Select [Finish] to return to the requests details page

or

• Select the Delete Icon [Trash Can] in the stock Item container if you want to remove any items of stock picked in error prior to selecting finish

Note: Selecting the hyper-link for the stock item within this view will navigate the user through to the stock Item detail and ultimately Stock Transfer page so that a stock item picked can be quickly transferred to your store.

Note: Speech modules are not managed within Service Manager, so if you are managing a hard wired device then it will not be displayed within the request or need to be picked.

Note: [Pick Stock] will not be available for selection during a decommission request as a stock should be removed, not picked and allocated.
