Unpick Stock

Any equipment that has not been allocated or set as primary equipment can be unpicked from a request. Stock Items can be unpicked from within the Pick Stock area by using the Trash Can icon or from within the Stock Item details page using the unpick stock button.

Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement or Search Request
Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page

Select the Requests tab
Select the [Pencil] to edit the request

Select the unpick action [Trash Can] to unpick the stock item

Note: Allocated stock cannot be unpicked, you must de-allocate see How to De-allocate Service Stock Section

Note: Stock picked in error can also be unpicked from Pick Stock pages.
